Fraga's Nursery - A Family Legacy
When you enter Fraga's Nursery, you are immediately struck by the symmetry and beauty of the topiaries lining the entrance. Go a little further, and a sense of whimsy takes over as you experience topiary teddy bears, giraffes, porpoises, and even alligators. Under the shade of the greenhouse, you're surrounded by the lush tropical greenery of orchids, bromeliads, ferns, palms, and hostas, just to name a few.

There is no question that this nursery's plants are painstakingly cared for. There is also no doubt that this is not just a nursery selling plants but a living tribute to the hard work, dedication, and closeness of the Fraga family. The founders and senior family members, Otto and Noram Fraga, established the nursery over 35 years ago. While building the business, they lived on the property in the modest home that now serves as the nursery's office. Several years ago, they moved to the home adjacent to the property, and its yard is now adorned with magnificent topiaries, some of which their son Roberto designed especially for them. Roberto and his sister Vivian are integral parts of the family business and oversee everything from the design and care of the topiaries to local deliveries and shipments for export, making this a truly family-owned and operated business.
